The 4 Bar 4 Ranch located outside of Fraser, Colorado was originally constructed as a stagecoach stop in the late 1800s and was later used as a Ford dealership. Most recently it was used as a cattle ranch, however after the ranching ceased in the 1980s, the buildings sat empty and slowly began to displace and deteriorate. Since 2013, Historic Fraser, Inc. along with the design/construction team (Form+Works Design Group, JVA, and Empire Carpentry) and grants from the Colorado State Historical Fund have started preserving the remaining buildings, (the Ford Barn and the Stagecoach Hotel) in phases. Come learn more about the buildings and the preservation work being completed on the site.
