The 4 Bar 4 Ranch located outside of Fraser, Colorado was originally constructed as a stagecoach stop in the late 1800s and was later used as a Ford dealership. Most recently it was used as a cattle ranch, however after the ranching ceased in the 1980s, the buildings sat empty and slowly began to displace and deteriorate. Since 2013, Historic Fraser, Inc. along with the design/construction team (Form+Works Design Group, JVA, and Empire Carpentry) and grants from the Colorado State Historical Fund have started preserving the remaining buildings, (the Ford Barn and the Stagecoach Hotel) in phases.
