On November 12th RMC-APT hosted a virtual hard hat tour of the construction progress at the Historic Elitch Gardens Theater in Denver, Colorado presented by Kelly Wemple and Jane Crisler with EUA. We learned about the preservation history of the property over the last few decades and how the latest project is progressing. This project includes the addition of restrooms, repair of the exterior, and interior finish updates so that the theater can return to use for the community.
Due to the success of this presentation, we plan to host more of these virtual events in the future, featuring projects and topics across our chapter’s region.
